Terms of Service
1. Services
Tabber provides professional bookkeeping, payroll processing, financial reporting, and related financial management services as agreed upon in your service engagement. The scope of services will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information, maintaining access to required accounts and systems, and communicating any changes that may affect the scope of services.
3. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as strictly confidential. Access to client information may be provided to authorized employees, contractors, consultants, and service providers where necessary to deliver services on Tabber's behalf and subject to appropriate confidentiality, privacy, and security obligations. We will not disclose your information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law or professional regulations.
4. Limitation of Liability
Tabber provides bookkeeping services with professional care and due diligence. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the financial information we prepare.
5. Payment Terms
Fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as outlined in your service agreement.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become due and all client records and data will be returned or made accessible.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
8. Intellectual Property
All content published on this website, including articles, guides, educational resources, graphics, visual layouts, page designs, original text, downloadable materials, logos, branding elements, and other website content, is the property of Tabber unless otherwise stated. Visitors may view, download, and print content for their own personal, non-commercial use. No portion of this website may be reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, incorporated into another website, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Tabber. References to legislation, government programs, tax requirements, payroll obligations, or other factual information remain the property of their respective sources. However, the selection, arrangement, presentation, and original expression of information on this website may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
